Spoiled Papa-Paparazzi

This review is on Spoiled in Papa-Paparazzi.  This is a super sparkly polish.  It's a purple what I would call jelly base with hex holographic glitters in it.  It goes on very nicely. Smooth and even coats.  The glitter lays down nicely and did not need placed.  It has just the right formula, so it was not runny or to thick.  I like glitter so this was a great polish in my opinion. Very sparkly and a smooth finish. Here it is for you to see:
