Part 2:
This will be a three part review, and look for the fourth post that
pulls it all together! Now a little before the review information. For
those of you who don't know Casandra sells
FEVERlacquer
right now, and she will soon be offering FEVERshadow loose eye shadow and
cream eye shadow. The colors are a Hunger Games trio! The trio
includes: Rue's Wildflowers (part 1), District 12 Soot (part 2), and Effie's Trinket (part 3). The
set will be $12.25. $5.00 each for loose shadow, or $5.25 each for
cream shadow. She's hoping to have them available by the second week of
May, in her store >
FEVERlacquer. Each will be available in a 3g plastic pot. So without further ado, here is the second color! (This will be picture heavy)
This is District 12 Soot, which is a blackish brownish color with some very subtle coopery kind of shimmer to it. It's a very nice color for the smoky eye look in my opinion. For me this had the most fall out, but it is very workable and blends well. I am so impressed with these loose shadows! I suppose I should show you all what it looks like now!

Both eyes so you can see the difference :) |
The best shadows I've used for quite a while!
Casandra has out done herself with these shadows!
These pictures don't do this shadow any justice at all, it's so hard to capture the awesomeness in a picture!
This is my least favorite from the collection, but that's only because I don't do the sooty look often and the other two colors are completely SPECTACULAR, they sort of out shine this one! With that said it is still a wonderful color that I love. I still completely recommend buying it and if I
wasn't broke I'd buy the whole set myself! (so if you wanna get me
something, I'd take this set, lol).
I hope you enjoyed this post and come back again soon! Have a wonderful
day and don't forget to smile, you never know whose looking :)
Thank you! PS. the cream version of this one makes great liquid eye liner ;)
ReplyDeleteI fricking bet it does! I did use this as a liner in my 4th post :)
